What payment methods do you offer?

We accept PayPal, credit cards.

What do I do if my promo code is not working?

You need to check if your code has been applied correctly, wrongly spelled, or expired.

Why is my payment not being accepted?

If you’re facing trouble paying through credit card, follow the steps below:

  • Check the details of your card information to ensure they are entered correctly
  • Check that you have not reached the card limit
  • Check if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank

In case your payment is still being refused, try a different card or payment method.

Can more than one discount code be used on one order?

One order accepts one coupon.

How do I cancel the order?

To cancel your order:

  • Log in to your account
  • Cancel the unpaid order directly
  • Or contact our customer service to cancel the order

Do you customize the color or size for me?

You can only purchase the items available as is, but if there is an item that you are interested in, but different color please inquiry with customer support to possibly bring that item in for you with a 20 percent up front charge. Once item is received in our warehouse we will update the buyer, and expedite it for free of charge. Once shipped out we will charge the remaining balance. If the buyer decides to cancel or not contact us back after 14 days of receiving the product in our warehouse we will keep the 20 percent of the listing price

Do you ship overnight?

Overnight shipping we do as long as the order is placed by 2:00 pm the day of. If placed before 3:00 pm we will still accept it, but charge an extra $10 dollar prep rush fee

How do I track my order?

We send an email after shipping the order with a tracking number and link. You can also login to your account to track the order.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

In the case that you receive a damaged or defective order, we offer full refunds upon inspection. We ask the customer to send a photo of the damaged/defective product to our customer service department so we can process your refund request upon approval. All returns must have Kiki’s Closet dress tag attached/unbroken.

What happens if the order arrives when I am not in?

In case you miss your order, please check with a post office or your local shipping company with your tracking number to collect the parcel as soon as possible.
